Register:

• If you are not a Tri Star Driver you will not need to register. You will just logon using the 'Enter as Guest' button.
• If you are a Tri Star Driver you must register using your TS Driver Id and your CDL. Contact Safety for your Driver Id or Contact Bill to register.

Login:

• Non-TS Driver: You will simple click on 'Enter as Guest' on the logon page.
• TS Driver: Your login username will be your CDL and the password will be one you selected at registration

Container/Chassis Yard Parking

• Register as described above.
• Login as described above.
• To Drop a Chassis or Container
  1. Click on [DROP CONTAINER/CHASSIS]
  2. Click NEW DROP
  3. Select "Container" or "Chassis Only" at the top
  4. Enter the information from your paperwork.
  5. Check the box for the location where you are dropping the container or chassis, OR enter the door #.
  6. Click "Save" and you are done.
• To Pick-up a Chassis or Container
  1. Click on [PICKUP CONTAINER/CHASSIS]
  2. Click NEW PICKUP
  3. Select "Container" or "Chassis Only" at the top
  4. Enter the current date and the container or chassis # from your paperwork.
  5. Click "Save".
  6. You may then also enter the "Return to" location and click Save.

Load Tracking

• Once you have logged in, select "Load Tracking". You will be taken to the Find Load page.
• Find the load
  • Non-TS Driver: You will enter your Motor Carrier Number (MC#) & the Load ID provided to you in your load paperwork.
  • TS Driver: You will only have to enter your Load ID for the load that you picked or were assigned. This ID number will be in you load paperwork.
• On the Load Status page you will click on "Start" or "Check-In" next to your starting location, wether it be TriStar or the Origin Agent.
• At every stop click "Check-in" next to the corresponding Origin or Destination Agent.
